Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Shipping fee: $12.95
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain areas in Asia and remote regions). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Include all original packaging and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Men’s Hats
  • Men’s Western Hats
  • Women’s Accessories

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer care team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Item(s) for return/exchange (Product Name and SKU)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • For exchanges: your preferred replacement item
  • Your shipping address

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll email you about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

International Returns

For our global customers:

  • Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international orders
  • The return address will be provided in your RMA email
