Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Include all original packaging and accessories

Please Note:

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Men’s Hats
  • Men’s Western Hats
  • Women’s Accessories

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number with your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding certain areas in Asia and remote regions), please note:

  • Customs duties and taxes for returned items are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international orders
  • The return address will be provided in your RMA email
